From $200.00 per day: One bedroom fully equipped apartment in the neighbourhood of the Hamilton Princess Hotel, Spa & Gym.  Very easy and safe walk into the center of corporate Hamilton as well as offices, restaurants and shops at The Waterfront and Pitts Bay/Front Street including Miles Grocery Market, Buzz Coffee Shop, Huckleberry’s Restaurant.

Located on the grounds of a private home and in an excellent area. The apartment is on the ground floor with independent entrance. The bedroom has a king-size bed, desk and chair, recliner and wall-mounted flat screen TV and a tiled patio. Bathroom with shower over tub. Sitting area/kitchen with loveseat, breakfast bar and 2 stools, fridge, stove, dishwasher and washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, a second flat screen TV plus a safe for valuables. Additional patio with comfortable outdoor armchairs and table. Fully air-conditioned and heated. The apartment has its own independent internet connection as well as over 100 channels of local and international television.

Rates are all-inclusive of taxes, electrical, water, internet and includes weekly cleaning service to freshen the apartment and change the bedlinens and towels.

Please note minimum stay of 2 weeks at $200  per night. Additional nights after the first 14 days are $150.00 per night. Please check with us for discounted rates for stays of 2 – 3 months. Maximum occupancy: 2 people. Maximum length of stay: 3 months based on availability
